Our spice blending service is here for you. We carry all individual spices so you don’t have to and we deliver your custom blend spices.

Custom Spice Blend for Startup

Startups wouldn’t necessarily need hundreds of pounds of blends stored at their site especially if they need more than one blend. Here at Burke’s fine foods, we blend as little as 35Lbs and we can scale this up as your operation grows. This helps you reduce the risk if things didn’t turn out as planned.

Packaging

We offer spice blends in 5Lbs foodservice see-through jugs. Apart from being hygienic and easy to handle, they are ideal for storage management and inventory checks. We also offer 1Lb and 10oz clear containers with shaker lids. If you are looking for a specific packaging solution contact us and we gladly discuss that with you. 

Custom packing

we do custom labeling for spice blends and individual spices. Feel free to discuss your custom labeling requirements with one of the teams.

Setup Fees

There is a $50 setup fee for new recipes.

Turnaround

Regardless of the size of the order, we aim for a 24hrs processing time. Shipping by FedEx, UPS (or our trucks in the Bay area, CA).

Recipe 

We work with the weight of the individual spices. Please provide the quantities in ounces, pounds, grams, or kilograms.

Process

Let’s get it this ball rolling.

You can request a Non-Disclosure agreement and a recipe form, this gives you peace of mind that your recipe is not shared to anyone apart from blenders and the team that process your order. Filling the recipe form allows us to have the exact measurements and ingredients of your recipe. Once we receive the NDA and receipt form, your recipe is set up, a test batch is made and sent to you for your approval along with pricing. We aim to complete this process within 7 days from the payment date. A detailed recipe form will go a long way in reducing the turnaround time.
